OIC leaderboard and non-OIC funds rules question.

I finally got my refer a friend bonus at The Gaming Club. I entered my $30 deposit as non-OIC funds a couple of weeks ago when I made the deposit. Now I have to enter the $100 bonus. Do I enter only new non-OIC money ($100) or all non-OIC money ($130) in my bankroll?

I really wish they'd just change the leaderboard to say "Currently you rank x out of x Players with $x."
