View Full Version : How important is probability?
Well, how important is probability to becoming an expert player? There's no question that a few people who appear to be good players can barely add and subtract. But I believe a reasonably good understanding of the underlying probability concepts that govern play is very helpful.

without understanding probability you cannot possibly be a long term winner.
That is a probably a highly improbable statement.

Is that like saying you can't be rational unless you understand Logic?
