We thank for replying back to our concerns .

In regards to your other query, we would like to inform you that even though both Party Poker and Empire Poker are owned and operated by the same group, each property has different management and offers its players different experiences, promotions and services

Please let us clarify and explain our stand on the All-In Policy. The All-In protection is aimed at players who suffer genuine disconnection problems and run the risk of losing whatever money they have put into the pot. Any use of All-In under any other circumstance other than that mentioned above is absolutely unacceptable irrespective of the site on which it occurs.

In the same vein, we would like to bring to your notice that we have been contemplating on removing the All-In feature in Tournaments where the players would be responsible for their Internet Connection and every time a player does not respond he would be automatically folded by the system.

We have forwarded your suggestion to the management who will take your inputs and decide the best course for action. I assure you that this remains a matter of top priority and of utmost concern to us.

We appreciate your suggestions in this regard and thank you for your concern in helping us in improving the integrity of the site.

If you have any further questions, comments or concerns, please contact us at alerts@empirepoker.com and we will be more than glad to assist you.

Best regards,

Subject: RE: ALL IN ABUSE [#308238]

The question was not about a specific case, but asked only if Empire were allowed to be independent of Party and eliminate all ins from tournaments...

So far with my complaint they have admitted that the alleged player has a suspicious history of all-in abuse and is most likely guilty of abusing the all-in feature.

The question now is whether they will come to the proper conclusion that awarding 1st place in a SnG to a cheater is obviously wrong, and that his prize money should be taken away and divied up to the players who were honest.

You see they made a commitment in my letter to respond with the zero tolerance for abuse...well, it is time for them to put the "history of abuse" to natural consequences of at the very minimum...no more allin for that player!

More reasonable would be, we understand connections are better these days and all ins will not be protected. That way there is no need to have to accuse people. It is just a "condition of contest" that *no one* has all in protection!

And with that, they should institute a "time bank" in the very near future!

You might also try downloading a program that will record your screen live as it happens. Then you would have video of the repeat offender.

and having a place to post all ins would not be unreasonable...it would also give the offender a chance to explain...
