Play in Kill Pot

Playing 5-10 with a 10-20 kill in a B&M. I am in the SB and post the 10 dollars for the kill. The 2nd Utg, who has played just about ever hand, calls and it is folded to the cut off and he raises. He is very aggressive and has raised with any 2 high card suited or not. The button calls the 20 which should mean that he could have any pair or two high suited cards. I have 5-2s. The big blind is tight aggressive and will reraise any premium hand. The Utg-2 will call for sure. What is my play? Results to follow.

I folded, the Big Blind folded and the Utg-2 called. When I folded there was 70 in the pot, so at 7-1, I wondered after the fold if i should have made the call but putting in 10 more did not seem right. The pot got to 8-1 and if the bb had called 9-1. What pot odds did i need to call? Thanks for the help in advance.

personally, out of position getting 7-1 i will play with things better than 45s and not likely dominated.
