STOP sending out emails with broken links specifically links that are supposed to guide players in the cashout process.This is 2nd week in a row of this chit.How can customer service/tech guys not proof read these emails to make sure all links work:

btw I called up Royal Vegas support and a customer service rep. helped me set up Neteller as my default account for cashouts.I tried to do this myself /and with his help manually off the RV website but the Fortunelounge link was dead again.
He manually fixed on their side.
RV support really has improved thu I must say and they have gotten rid of the onerous documentation for cashouts which is great!!
lets see how long the cashout to Neteller takes? /images/graemlins/cool.gif
