so, i believe i will be hitting las vegas thanksgiving weekend.
1) there's a stand up comedian named jeff ross that i know plays vegas a bunch, so i was wondering if there is some way of finding out if he'll be playing that weekend. anyone have any ideas?
2) is the mandalay bay 10am freeze-out tourney fill up rather quickly?
3) is there a specific place and time some of you regulars play these days? say, some of you play at the monte carlo 6pm on a fri. night or something like that. i'm not sure if i'll be able to set up specific meeting times, but i'd love to meet some of you.
thanks,
Ed Miller

I've been playing pretty much every evening in the Bellagio 15-30 game. I will be there pretty reliably between about 9pm and 3am I think, and should be around much more than just that on many days.

How is the move working out? I'll be there this weekend and was thinking of taking a shot at the 15-30. Anyone who has played with me and played the game (ahem, Barry) feel free to tell me if this is a good or bad idea. I'll bring my "I'm running bad" hat and try to wear it if I'm in the room.

Move's working out great so far. Playing a lot and running very good hasn't hurt me any. /images/graemlins/smile.gif
Make sure we get together. PM me and I'll send you my cell phone #.
You'll probably be fine in the 15-30, especially on the weekends and in the evenings. The day games can be unpleasant.

I've been without job since March, but I don't have any firm plans in my life at the moment. If I run bad, then I'll probably go get myself a job. But for now I'm just playing poker.
