I have KQo on the button.
UTG+1 open raises, folded to me,is this an easy call?

Let me see, cold call an EP raise with a hand that may be beaten already and is probably dominated.

Hmmmmm. Chunk. Into the muck it goes.

In a tight game, what hands do you raise with UTG that are weaker than KQo?

What would he be raising UTG with?
AA
KK
QQ
AKs
AKo
AQs
AQo

Playing KQ against any of those hands will lose you money if the flop misses you, and lose you a lot more money if it hits you.

Other hands he could have that you don't want to put KQo against would be AJs, ATs, AJo, 99-JJ. There is really no hand that he would be raising with UTG that you want to play KQo against.

Uh...you're playing at a supposedly tight table, and someone openraises in EP...What kind of hand do you think they're playing against which you are a favorite?

-Not AA, AK, KK, or QQ, against which you're a big underdog
-Not any Ax, against which you're a solid underdog
-Not any pair JJ or lower, against which you're a slight underdog, assuming you're willing to bet or call all the way to the river

Doesn't leave much else, does it?

It does not matter what hand you had. When UTG open raises and its folded to you on the button. You should look at your cards and decide weather you are going to fold, or make it three bets. Calling is not an option.

i think everyone has failed to mention that if it's a loose aggressive player, you make it 3-bets.

the game maybe tight, but the player might not be.

OK looks like i was totally wrong on this one.
Ok imagine if the raiser open raised in LMP or the CO,would this be a reraise or call situation?
