With three callers you are getting 7-1 preflop. Yes it is possible the BB could raise.

Would you call on the button with QTs if you there were three limpers?
In this situation you are getting a max of 5-1, your implied odds are reduced and you risk getting raised by the BB and the SB.

I would complete in the small blind with this hand. Getting the same odds, I wouldn't call a raise in the big blind.

Call. Most people would raise with the hands that would dominate yours, so it is unlikely that you will get trapped when you make your hand.

I make that call routinely, unless BB is a loose cannon.
