The bill seems not to contain an exemption for the health of the mother. At least 3 federal appeal judges have said that is one reason they have blocked the law this week.
What is the truth?
Also, for bill supporters, if it doesn't have the exemption, are the mothers just supposed to die in childbirth or what?
