S&M Method for NLHE Tourney

Has anyone tried this for a Sit and Go Single Table tourney?

If you're talking about "The System" from Tournament Poker for Advanced Players, I did and found it interesting to experiment with. It was fairly effective for SnG's where the blinds increase so fast.

After playing around with it for a couple of weeks, I incorporated what I learned into my regular tournament game. I don't use the system any more because I think my tourney strategy has improved and I am more successfull without it now, but for someone who has never played NLHE or a tourney it will give you a shot at making the money.
