Paradise .5/1. I'm in the CO with K /images/graemlins/heart.gifK /images/graemlins/club.gif

UTG+2 calls, folded to me and I raise. Button calls two cold and UTG+2 calls.

FLOP 8 /images/graemlins/heart.gifK /images/graemlins/spade.gif5 /images/graemlins/spade.gif

Checked to me, I bet, button folds, UTG+2 calls

TURN: 3 /images/graemlins/club.gif

UTG+2 checks, I bet, UTG+2 calls

RIVER: 2 /images/graemlins/heart.gif

UTG+2 bets, I raise, UTG+2 calls.

Is anyone fearing the straight here?

You need to raise the river, like you did. You can't put him on the only, single logical hand (A /images/graemlins/spade.gif 4 /images/graemlins/spade.gif) that beats you. In addition, if he had the straight he would probably have checkraised you on the river.
