A casino in Brooklyn??? Casino New York???

I was looking at the link that lists all poker rooms and found that there was a casino here in Brooklyn called Casino NY. Has anyone ever played here, do they offer texas, and what are their limits? Not much is said about the casino, except that it's a cruise ship, but that sounds a bit suspcious to me. Any responds are appreciated. Thanks.

i think they went out of business last year. What i heard was they where getting hit hard at craps and blackjack and didnt find it profitable. Hard to believe but it happend before in ny.

.... nah, they took you out in a boat. If you won, you got to sleep with the fishes. Eventually, they closed because of a lack of repeat business.

I didn't think they had poker even when they were open. But I could be wrong. There are rooms in NYC and Bklyn, you just need someone to introduce you. I don't go anymore, so sorry I can't help.

It left out of sheepshead bay and they did not have poker, just roulette and crap like that

Cracker why'd you stop going to the club in NYC?

2 main reasons:

1.) I live in westchester, although I do work in NYC. I used to like playing in Bklyn, but the drive was a pain in the ass.

2.) Internet poker. Its easy, its there, and I can lay in bed and play. IMO, I'm a better live player but internet poker is so fast and easy, I just stopped making the drive to Bklyn. I'm not a member of playstation or I might play there occasionally but likely once every 3-4 months. I do miss the pink game replica in Bklyn though.
