I had this hand playing micro limits at Party Poker. The hand took place at a .50-1.00 table.

I do not have a read on any of my opponents other than they will play any two cards.

I pick up two Jacks under the gun and raise. UTG +1 and UTG +2 call everyone else folds and we see the flop three handed for one big bet each.

Flop 5h 9d 2s

I bet UTG +1 folds UTG+2 raises and I call.

Turn 5h 9d 2s 8s

I check UTG +2 bets I raise he calls.

River 5h 9d 2s 8s Jh

I bet, my opponent calls and my set wins. He had pocket 10's so I did not need to hit the set to win.

I think cring the turn is the better option. That way if an overcard comes, you could slow down and check call the rest of the way. But 3-bet the flop is good too. If you knew more about your opponent (say he would only cap if he had a set or better) then 3-betting would be preferable.
