Should I have played those holes at all? Don't ususally.

If it's a go ahead and play them, should I have bet them differently? I'm sure there could have been a better pot here.

I am sure this was not played correctly as I should have had more equity out of a flopped set - how should I have played it better please? Didn't bet too aggresively as wanted to get more money in the pot - right or wrong?

Thanks all for the invaluable help!

Ron

In the first hand you must have meant you called, not checked right? It looks like 3 people limped in front of you. If this is correct, sure you should play your hand. You have position and 3 limpers give you plenty of implied odds (which suited connectors need). I think you played the hand fine.

In the second hand you should check raise either the flop or turn. The flop is probably best.
