A few days ago I posted about a NL tourny coming up on Saturday. 49 people, 7 tables. Winner from each table goes on to the final table. Top 6 places at the final table get paid. 1st gets about 40%, 2 gets 20%, down to 6th which gets the $100 entry fee back.

So my friend sends out the rules today. I don't know who's running it, but everyone starts out with T100 in chips, blinds start at 1/2. Tourny starts at noon. At 6 p.m. they move to 2/4 and the final table will be 5/10.

So for 6 hours, the blinds remain at 1/2 with a starting stack of T100. What kind of effect should this blind structure have on my game?
