Now some of you may recall I was having problems downloading/installing the intercasino software. I e-mailed their help desk. In reply I received an e-mail explaining how to run DXDIAG and get a text file of my computer diagnostics. They wanted a copy of it. So I sent it back, thinking, "this looks promising, they're really going to the trouble of sorting this out."
Anyway... today I received my reply and the basic gist of my e-mail can be summed up in this one gem of insight:

Now if only I'd thought of that earlier this would have been so much easier...
