Now some of you may recall I was having problems downloading/installing the intercasino software. I e-mailed their help desk. In reply I received an e-mail explaining how to run DXDIAG and get a text file of my computer diagnostics. They wanted a copy of it. So I sent it back, thinking, "this looks promising, they're really going to the trouble of sorting this out."

Anyway... today I received my reply and the basic gist of my e-mail can be summed up in this one gem of insight:

Now if only I'd thought of that earlier this would have been so much easier...

Intercasino help desk is perhaps the biggest oxymoron in online gaming.

Step number one: Plug in the computer...at this rate we should have you logged in to the site by Crhistmas, just not sure which Christmas...

Just send an email any time you have a problem and we will back up and go over it again...

Really makes you sit up and notice when you get a *real* customer service professional on the phone or online...one who has heard all the problems and can just walk you through them step by step.

They don't pay the good ones enough, and the bad ones do so much damage...
