Paradise cashout bouns?

I usually don't play at Paradise but with Party being down one afternoon last week I decided to make a deposit there. I managed to nearly triple my deposit there in a few days and decided to cash out. When I did, they gave me a $20 "cashout bonus". Anybody ever heard of this before??
