Card rooms in Antigua?

My girl and I are taking an impulse trip down to Antigua in a week or two. Mostly windsurfing, but I know they have poker there.

Can anyone recommend any casinos with good poker rooms?
Any other general advice on travelling there?

...so maybe there aren't B&M's in Antigua? Perhaps, there are just online operations based there.
