I finished 3rd place in a Party multi-table tourney this morning, a finish I'm really happy with. I played a lot of hands well, and two hands really poorly. I was able to recover from the first mistake, but not the second.

I'm tired, so I'm just going to post the hand history.

This is the critical point in the hand right here. Clear fold or no? I have runner-runner draws, and probably ace outs. I already have a lot of money committed to the pot. The BB here is a good player capable of bluffing ... but I suspect I really overestimated the likelihood that BB was bluffing in this particular situation, and that tipped the decision in favor of essentially committing all-in, a decision I now regret. Onward...

Fun while it lasted, but I'm frustrated with myself. Would anyone else have played it the same?

fold when you are check-raised. you do not want to call off your entire stack snapping off a possible bluff, and drawing to longshots with insufficient odds is especially bad in a tournament.

aside from that, it is quite unlikely that this player is bluffing. stupid as it may be to call a raise with K3, he doesn't have to be rewarded for it.
