You flopped huge and got beat anyway. Long odds but it happens. The more important question to ask is why you didn't reraise preflop. Get it in against the small stacked raiser with a bunch of dead money. If the equally shortstacked button comes along with a hand obviously beaten by yours, that's fine too.

Yeah, I know i missed played it but I was just amazed at the flop and turn , making 2 sets and a quad. I know it happens but still is astonishing to see and be a part of.

The smart ass answer to this questions is 100%, it happened. Seriously though, the question cannot be answered without further saying exactly what "that" is. Here are some possibilities, ranging in least likely to more likely

1) What are the odds that this same group of players will play a S&G and arrive at the same stack sizes and the exact same deal will occur with the same blinds and button location?

2) What are the odds that if I deal out a hold'em hand to 10 players, this exact same hand will occur?

3) What are the odds that if I deal out a hold'em hand to 10 players that a top full-house will lose to quads.

4) What are the odds that if I deal out 500 hold'em hands to 10 players, this exact same hand will occur?

5) What are the odds that if I deal out 500 hold'em hands to 10 players that a top full-house will lose to quads.

6) What are the odds that if I play a lot of poker, I will see some freakishly bad beats?

The answer to (1) is some inconceivably small number, while the answer to (6) is probably pretty close to 100%.
