what should happen is that this law is passed, some scumbag D.A. charges dr. who perfroms one and it goes to trial. jury finds that he broke the law, but finds him not guilty because as jurors they disagree with law and find that the dr. acted in good faith and in a medically responsible manner. (assuming above case, sepsis)

but it will never happen because people are f***** stupid. (p.s. i hear iran has death ray from martians and we in US need to gear up via conscription to fight these evil martians, er, i mean iranians.)
