KK, no cap pre-flop

Party 2/4. Game has been good and loose with lots of limping and not too many pre-flop raises, but is gradually tightening down. I don't think I've seen a pre-flop cap in the last 50 hands.

Folded to me in MP and I raise with KK. Folded to BB who three-bets. I just call.

Flop is small, he bets I call.
Turn is small, he bets, I raise, he calls.
River is small, he checks, I bet, he calls.

Routine?
Does anyone or everyone cap pre-flop?

This is pretty much the ideal time to not cap with KK. You have position on the 3-bettor so you all but assure yourself that you can get a raise in post-flop to make up for it. Pretty routine to me.
