Has anyone here ever played Five Card Stud with the rule that from the third upcard onwards it is always the last bettor to act (the last bettor being the person who made the last aggressive bet so if Andy bets, Dave calls and Steve raises on second street and both Andy and Dave call, the first person to act on third street is Steve regardless of who shows the best board on third street)?
If you do play Five Card Stud with the last bettor to act who opens on second street (one down, one up at this point)? Is it a high card bring-in game? Or something else?
