Tournaments in Vegas

Hi guys,

As I will be in Vegas in December, I checked out for tourneys which be held weekly and I found some at the mirage:

Wednesday: 7:00 p.m. Limit Texas Hold'em $120 Buy-in with
(1) $100 Re-Buy anytime during the 1st hour.

Thursday: 7:00 p.m. No-Limit Texas Hold'em $120 Buy-in with
(1) $100 Re-Buy anytime during the 1st hour.

Has anyone already played these? How many players are usually in? And are they tough to beat?

I have played the Thursday tourney 2 times. Both times there were 80ish players. The 1st time I ended up just short of the money in 11th and the 2nd time I ended up in the mid-20s. The tourney has tougher players then many of the typical daily/weekly tourneys in Vegas but there are still a lot of dead money.
