Ramming-Jamming Games/No Fold'em Hold'em

This is a terminology question.

Are the terms 'ramming jamming games' and 'no fold'em Hold'em' equivalent?

I understand 'ramming jamming games' to be loose-aggressive and 'no fold'em hold'em' to be loose-passive.

Can someone enlighten me?

No Fold'em means lots of people are seeing the river and you are not going to be able to bluff anyone out of the pot.

Ram&Jam would imply a lot of action including a lot of capped betting rounds.

These certainly could show up in the same game, but they are not the same thing.
