Mirage and Bellagio have a rule against reading a magazine at the table, but you're allowed to make notes if you want. I do it occasionally. No one seems to mind. If someone asks, "are you writing about me?" be sure to say no.

One time in the Mirage 20-40, there was a player at my table who either knew or suspected I was a 2+2er. Whenever he played a hand against me, he said afterward "Am I going to read about that online tomorrow?" I never could figure out a clever answer to that.

That time, by the way, I was not taking notes at the table.
