I was just wondering if I properly applied the concept of betting for value on this hand.

Party .5/1
I'm in BB and I am dealt K /images/graemlins/spade.gif T /images/graemlins/spade.gif
UTG raises, 3 call, and I call (5 players see the flop)
FLOP:
A /images/graemlins/spade.gif J /images/graemlins/diamond.gif 3 /images/graemlins/spade.gif
I check, UTG bets all call to me, I raise.
UTG makes it 3 (not what I was hopping for),
2 call (okay, maybe his raise wasn't that bad)
I cap it, all call
4 player see the turn
TURN 8 /images/graemlins/heart.gif
I check, UTG bets all call
RIVER 5 /images/graemlins/spade.gif
I check, UTG bets folded to me, I raise, UTG rereaises, I cap, UTG calls.

Strong draw, nice aggression. Great 2+2er would recommend. A++++++++++++

I would of lead out on the river. You played the hand exactly as if you had a flush draw. I'd be too afraid UTG would check behind here unless he is very aggressive. Looks like I'm the only one who feels this way though heh.

That's because it's a .5/1 game and you're counting on the guy to do some hand reading. Against an opponent I thought could put me on a flush (or a timid opponent who gets frozen by scare cards) I would bet.
