I still haven't recieved the book i won the the 2=2 HUT. When were these sent out?

Yes they were. But if I remember correctly, one of the books was sent to New Zealand, and that will take about six weeks.

How do I contact someone who can replace my hold em for advance players book? It fell apart long ago but someone told me I can get a new one from the authors. My email is cecrain@pacbell.net. Thanks.

Same goes for my Gambling Theory Book. I love it, but it completely fell apart on me. I hold it together with a rubberband now but many pages have fallen out.
