Hold'em Odds Book

I just purchased the Hold'em Odds Book and I was wondering if it is all tables and charts or if there are any usefull essays on situational odds?

No. The discussions in the book are centered around showing you how odds and probabilities get computed. The book has a lot of good information but the charts are poorly laid out and you really have to study them in order to understand them.


The book is an interesting collection to your poker library and contains good advice on how to compute things. However, there is very little on strategy or play of the game.
