I'm sure that a large number of participants in this year's WSOP have been pouring over TPFAP. I'm wondering if there are any predictions on the effect, other than an overall improvement in play.

What sort of dynamics arise if many people play the system? The smart player will anticipate such a possibility and find a way to exploit it.

Sklansky has said that there is no way to exploit the all-in strategy. What are you going to do? Are you going to start calling all-in bets with marginal hands?

One of the things that The System implies is that perhaps some of the very successful tournament plyers are just people who have realized that moving in a lot has its benefits. If that's the case, and because of TPFAP more people are willing to adopt a quicker to move in strategy, along with adopting some of the other concepts in the book, tournament play will become much more even between players. I suspect that this will happen to some degree.

does the book deal with limit tourneys or just no-limit and pot limit?

And how is our hero doing? I don't recall seeing him at any final tables -- not that that's any reflection on the merits of his theories.
