ALCS and NLCS on at same time - can only watch one?

Someone mentioned this to me. Is this true? Last year you could turn into the former Fox Family Channel and watch the other game. Can we do that again this year with like FX or FSN, or are we forced to miss one of the games?

I believe here we can watch both, NL on Fox, AL on FX.

I enjoy watching Tim Wakefield's ridiculously loopy knucklers coming in on the slo-mo cam. I really like knuckleball pitchers. There is some David and Goliath cachee when guys that tee off on anyone throwing only 90 mph fastballs can't hit someone lobbing them in there at 55 mph.
