Tournament Book N/A on Amazon

Mason, amazon.com is currently showing David's new book as "not yet shipping" (or words to that effect). What's the deal on that?


Normally I would order from Chuck, but I have a gift certificate for amazon.com that I need to use up before it expires.

Amazon gets our books via Baker & Taylor. They do not get them directly from us. We just shipped B&T their initial order, and they probably won't receive it for a day or two. After they receive it, it is up to them to notify Amazon that the book is in stock. That could take a few more days. However, Amazon should have it available fairly soon.
