Pacific Disconnect

Does anyone else have problems with PacificPoker? Sometimes I get disconnected like 6 or 7 time an hour. Other times everything is fine. I have no problems on other sites (Party, Paradise, TruePoker). I use a cable modem, and my internet connection is fine.

I've contacted support several time, all they suggested was to uninstall/reinstall Pacific. No help.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Anybody have any recommendations to reduce disconnects (from any poker site)? Any system checks I should run, or clean-ups I should try?

sometimes the java version is better. However Pacific can be aweful at times with disconnects. I try not to browse and I don't overlap my other sites i have open with pacific. That seems to help slightly. I use to ping game servers to help decrease lag.
