dear dr. haley; my fellow 2+2ers..:

well rambus does now own short term memory, after u.s. supreme court refused to overturn appellate court,s overturn od corrupt jury trial decision (which is what killed rmbs for 3 years).

there still is the ftc trial going on , which is a totally different court system; and really should have been truncated after the u.s. appellate courts decision..

but hey politics, poly tics..lol...hdpm's best buddy butch otter u.s. congressman from the spud state (idaho), still is maliciously holding on; Micron is a big employer in idaho, and butch even is married into the family that controls micron; yup; but hey; no conflict of interest here...lol...lol...

the min value of rmbs should be 60/sh....ASSuming the ftc trial goes away...and doesn't somehow bite rmbs in the ASS.

fwiw: atlas shrugged; nat conf of railroads = JEDEC

hey i'm getting loose...lol...so many dom per's...lol

at least 5/sh duties owed by ifx...could be 3x if fraud could be shown....


but on top of all this...

RMBS is worth more; just because of new developments, patents,systems, which it owns....lol....RMBS is not sitting on its' ass...it is starting already to move to the next generation of memory systems....
