Your essay Playing 15 Percent in Poker Essays Volume II, page 97, starts this way:
Most good hold'em players play about 15 percent of the hands that they are dealt.
However, the essay doesn't make any distiction about blind hands. Does this 15% include free plays in the big blind (and cheaper small blind plays)?
There is a discussion in the Small Stakes forum in which this 15% figure is being debated.
