12 hour come and gone & no Party hand histories

I'm still getting the email* I got early this morning when I request a Party hand history. When are these people going to get their shite together?

I've been getting that message too. I thought it meant that "sorry, your hands are too old to send you. They must have occurred within the past 12 hours".

I e-mailed these clown's twice today ,and told them they owe me 1,200 hand histories!! This is going to F up my Stat's on Poker Tracker for sure. Not that they care.
