Bluff and catch

$200 buy in, 1/2 blinds. 5 handed. Boring table. Site i dislike. All my favourite conditions.

I get Kh Th MP and limp after UTG and the blinds come along for the ride. 4 to the flop.

Flop: 7 7 9r

Blinds check, I pot bet bluff. UTG calls

Turn: K

Hey. Now what?

Easy check. You may well be behind and few free cards can hurt you if you're ahead. If UTG has a 9 or overpair he might fold the turn when you keep pounding on him, but he'll probably call or bet the river. If he has a straight draw (which he should have folded) you've given him a free card but may induce a bluff. If he has trips or better you lose the minimum, given that you actually have something to show down now.

Every option here has some huge negative effects. :\

If i check i induce a bluff from the lower 2 pair.

If i pot bet it could be -EV, and he may wait to the river and bet out, worse case.

If i small bet he may raise with a weak hand.

If i small bet he may call with trips and i think i'm leading and get checkraised on the river.
