I am in the BB and I flop a K-High Flush. I bet $8 and get two callers.

Turn is a blank and I bet $25. Next player raises to $40 allin. Next player calls. I call.

River is a blank.

I check and the button bets his last $20. I call.

The button flopped the A-High Flush to win.

Did I make any mistakes?

Great check-call on the river. Many players would bet, which is a mistake.

One thing to think about: on the turn, if you bet $20, when the middle player raises all-in, you can reraise. This is a good idea in case the button has the lone ace of spades: you want him to pay before the river card comes.
