Let's all sit back for a moment and take a look at all that Eugeneel has taught us:

I am an accounting major...I look at it this way. If the gov't does find how much you have made from online poker u can claim that you lost even more at a real casino. They have no proof that you didn't lose and it sounds like it works.
I have not tried this although it sounds simple.

That's sounds like a masterful plan. Now that my tax situation is taken care of, time to move on...

I'm always impressed by the knowledge that long winning high limit players have. Here is a great example of a high limit champion like Eugene setting a low limit rookie strait:

LoL "the site employs props" you mean pros right? You have got to be kidding me. I know every good high stakes player on the site, All of them play on other sites as well.

Why would a pro want to be "working" for pokerroom if he can make much more playing for himself?? what's in it for him?

You're absolutely right Eugene, I'm sure he means Pro and not Prop. Is Prop even a word? If you say it's not, then I believe you.

Just look at what we learned about website theft:

I checked my account web-site statistics today and found that I got several hits from a site I have never seen before. I went to visit it out of curiosity and what do I find?! I find my exact website design under a different domain name with completely different affiliate codes (so that the other site's owner will get credited with the refferals from the site that imitated mine in every way.)

Geez Eugene that sucks. How are you going solve this mystery?

I talked to him... Realized he was a guy that I gave permission to borrow materials from my site to in exchange for him registering as an affiliate unter me (I get about 10% of what he makes) I told him that he definitly overdid it. He will change it arround in the near future.
I guess this was kind of a false alarm.

Oh, so that's what happened. All's well that ends well I guess...

You had a run in with miseryshiver as well didn't you? Why don't you explain that one to us:

Here is the way that this story really went. The reason that I have not explained this story in detail is that up to recently I still didn't understand what this guy did exactly. I didn't explain the whole story earlier also because I didn't have any real proof I could present.

ok, let's hear your real proof.

First of all, this guy first emailed me asking to see what my offer was exactly. I sent it to him saying I would be very interested on having him on my team since he claimed he played a huge amount of hours per week. I have to be vague on this as the emails that I have sent him are no linger there... and this happened about a week ago so I don't remember exactly what I wrote to him.
This guy replied to my offer by asking me what he should do in a situation where he already plays at party and hinted that he could make an account under his friend's name. This is where I should have said ABSOLUTELY NO. But because I wanted to have him under my affiliate I just said that party does not allow this and I can not give him the permission to do that because it is against partypoker's policy. He then asked me if this could be done and I replied that people have done it in the past but there is always a huge risk of losing both accounts. I refused to instruct him on how to do it. I have not heard from him after that.

That sounds reasonable enough. But wait! there's more.

When I saw his message on the forum I didn't get scared as I have had these emails saved in my sent folder. I went to check to see what the hell he's talking about as I remembered being extra careful when answering them.
I found that ALL THE EMAILS THAT WERE ADRESSED TO HIM IN THE SENT FOLDER HAVE BEEN ALTERED AND THE ORIGINALS DELETED. I felt soooo stupid as I immediately realized that he had guessed my password for the hosting account (which used to be eugeneel21) and did something so low I would have never expected it. He wrote fake emails to himself from my email and deleted our original emails. I know how hard this is to believe so I didn't know what to do.

Um, you could have brought it to the attention of the forum like I did. Don't worry, it looks much more believable when you're defending yourself against accusations.

Finally, here's a quote from a PM I received from Eugene a few weeks ago:

Here is my share of the rakes from different sites.
Pokerroom 30%
Partypoker 20%
Empirepoker 20% (it is exactly like partypoker but with less people play
on it)

hmmm. You get 20% back at Empire? I thought that Empire affiliates get 25% of the rake back. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I would have never known unless you told me. Also, thanks for enlightening me on Empire. All this time, I thought Empire had the same amount of players as Party(minus the PPM and multi-table tournaments of course). I see you're drawing on your vast experience at Empire to enlighten me once again.

I have learned a lot from this forum. Fortunately, the Zoo has players like Eugene that do all the homework on things like taxes, website fraud and Party skins so that people like me don't have to. Look out Lori, I foresee Eugene taking your crown as Queen of the Zoo.
