View Full Version : anyone recieved a payout from Ultimatebet lately?

Some people on a different forum said they had some withdrawal requests from as much as 6 days ago and emailed UB and they still haven't gotten back. Not sure if this is totally true... anyone recieved a payout in the last few days? not trying to alarm anyone but this worried me i have a large balance there so if anyone has then please let me know otherwise i would worry more /images/graemlins/smile.gif

UB have been taking 4-9 days, but have been paying.

it seems the over/under on UB lately is about 7 days.

I cashout there a lot and I can't remember it ever taking more than the two business days they tell you it will take. My last cashout was about a week and a half ago and it took two business days (four real days because of the weekend). I would love it if they were faster, but I haven't noticed it being different than usual lately.

I cashed out Friday night, it hit my Neteller on Monday.

I've had no problems cashing out. It took two days just recently.

I have been waiting since 9/26 to get my money. As far as Im am concerned that is totally unacceptable. I have emailed them 3 times, only getting responses such as "Your email has been forwarded to accounting".
When I withdraw from my sports books accounts it is never more than 24 hours, Some books (pinnacle) the money is in my Neteller account in 1-2 hours. After this experience I will have to seriously consider ever posting up with U.B again. I wonder what Hellmuth has to say about this?

I'll bet ten to one your money is in your account right now. UB clearly states it will take two business days and they have been running at three lately. Today is the third business day, chill out dude.

As of 11am this morning still no transfer. Its been 1 week. No email explaning the delay. This is a very bad way to do business.
