The guy sending the spam for Empire works for the following company:

Casino Cool is operated by:

Global Network Ltd.
P.O. Box W967
St. John’s,
Antigua, W.I.

It appears that these jokers also own an online casino:

Diamond Club Casino:

Licensed By
Government of Netherlands Antilles

Location Of Website
Curacao, Netherlands Antilles

Parent Company
Global Gaming NV, Emancipatie Boulevard 31, Curacao, Netherlands Antilles (Formerly known as : Global Network Ltd., P.O. Box W967, St. John's Antigua, West Indies.)

Their casino affiliates are : Prestige Casino and Play Gate casino

Diamond Club Casino is operated by:
Prestige Gaming N.V.
Kaya Alonso de Ojeda 13 A
Curaçao, Netherlands Antilles

Diamond Club Casino is operated under a license issued to:
Boss Casinos N.V.
Anasaweg 71
PO Box 6052
Curaçao, Netherlands Antilles
by the Government of Netherlands Antilles

And there it ends for now, I shall update later, but note that Party is run by Global Media....not that I can link them together yet.

The number two choice of this place, behind Diamond Club Casino (Which they own) is Royal Vegas.

iGlobalMedia is a far cry from Global Network.

With the evidence posted here so far, there is more than enough details for EmpirePoker to investigate and subsequently ban all affiliates spamming. It looks like there are multiple affiliate ids involved.

EMPIRE POKER -- ACT NOW OR FACE THE CONSEQUENCE!!!!!

Actually, I've always had reservations about the integrity of the EmpirePoker affiliate program. This thread is more evidence pointing in the wrong direction.

I would very much doubt that iGlobalMedia is in any way involved. I've have nothing but respect for the intgrity and honest of their operations. It does however trouble me that EmpirePoker is potentially a sub of iGobalMedia. It does not add up IMO.

We have had much more dealing with Empire lately just because of so many mistakes with Party. The tradal site is much easier to navigate and has much better affiliate detail...the last thirty days individually by tracker number. We have a real live person who helps set people up and even tracks down late payments for others.

They are, however, bound by the same rules about using emails for private spam. This guy just got hold of some list that was compiled by someone with too much time...something we have never found possible.

It only takes one person to leak a mailing list.

My first question is "Has anyone had this mail who does not have a Party account?"

It does not mean much if noone says no, but a few who have had it without a Party account would help me to discount this issue.

People I have talked to who have used their email in very limited places have all used Party if they have had this mail.

To Party Support (lol, yes things are desperate)

Hi there,

I am aware that customer support is probably shared to some degree between yourselves and Empire.

Someone at Empire is spamming the users of 2+2 with unsolicited Emails direct to their inbox.

I intend to find out who, and if you wish to help me, that would be fine, however if you do not, I shalll still attempt to find it out anyway.

The official line at Empire is that it is word of mouth, not spam, but this is obviously a lie as I have mailed the person who is sending the spam asking who he is and how he knows me, and he has not replied.

I do not enjoy receiving this mail as it is an invasion of my personal privacy, and in many countries it is actually illegal.

Maybe you can help me as Empire are one of your skins, the bad publicity from your affiliates or your skins' affiliates behaving in this manner must outweigh the new customers, especially as several are existing customers who are so disgruntled at getting this mail that they may even withdraw thier funds and play at a site that can behave themselves.

Thanks for any advice or reply you can give me,

Lori

My gf got an Empire letter in the mail, before signing up with Empire and I found it quite clear that it was sendt here due to the fact of having opened a Party account a while before that.

Look at all of the SPAM sent out by the Empire affiliates. The 2+2 forums discussions today show at least 3 different affiliate ids doing blant and deceptive SPAMMING. Spamming is apparently against EmpirePoker's so called policy yet they take no action.

Where do these facts leave you with respect to EP's integrity and judgement?
