That the Red Sox are favored over the A's in the AL division series. After Martinez, the rest of the Bosox pitchers would be lucky to be a #4 starter on the Oakland staff even with Mulder being injured. Also you might recall the last time Pedro came into Oakland he got spanked for 4 runs and was lucky to escape with only that many. We'll see how he pitches under even greater pressure this time. I'm sure he won't be a scared little biatch, lol.

Looking forward to the baseball postseason for once. Should be great. Especially after watching the Yankees and Braves get pimp-slapped yesterday.

I can't belive this though. My buddy has field level seats and I can't go. /images/graemlins/mad.gif I have this stupid work related function from 7-10pm. It's killing me. The only other place I'd rather be besides Network Associates Coliseum is the cozy confines of Ceaser's sportsbook. /images/graemlins/cool.gif You're familiar with that place aren't you?

Never heard of it. Do they have a line on whether you keep your job or go to the game? /images/graemlins/grin.gif

YOU.

POOR.

BASTARD.

You must be so freakin bummed to miss that game. One of the worst beats of all time to have seats and not be able to go. That was one of the greatest A's post-season games of all time.

Why would anybody think a gambling line is ridiculous because the underdog is better than the favorite? Is it important to sports fans that gambling lines present an accurate picture of the relative strengths of teams?
