JEK, what happens when you sign up at a site, do you just get the one time signup bonus, or do you try to get the long term deals?

Most of the prizes are overpriced and I have no idea who pays shipping and handling, lol. However, I wouldn't mind a store that had quality merchandise at good prices at all...has anyone got any favorites from any of the company stores?
