What are the odds that a pair shows up on the board? I don't mean on the flop, I mean once all 5 cards are out.
Something caused me to think I was seeing a ton of paired boards at Party, so I decided to track it for a bit. I tracked 66 boards and 31 of them had a pair. Of the 35 that didn't have a pair some of them never went to the river or turn so it isn't 100% accurate.
I realize this is a very small sample size, and I don't think Party is doing anything fishy, it just seemed odd to me that I consciously noticed a lot of paired boards and found it to be true when I tracked it. Of course, this could fall right in with the average, I don't know.
