I just started Gary Carson's "Complete Book of Hold 'Em Poker", figured I'd generate a thread and see what people have to say (any reactions to the subtitle?!?!) while i'm going through it myself.... especially since he seemed to be one of the anti's when he posted here in the past.

One concept that seemed somewhat new (at least I don't remember catching it elsewhere) is his Bet Odds. Haven't gotten to the detailed part yet, where the importance of this is fully explained yet.
