need help finding a car part

i have been all over trying to find a 710 plug for my trucks engine. anyone know where i can get a 710 plug. i have been to all the part stores and no one has heard of one but i have seen many on cars and trucks.

I think I can locate one of those with a right-side-up label. Finding one with an upside-down label.....man thats going to be tough. If your really hard up, I can send you an old rag.
