I crack up every time I see this dealer message:
PLAYER wins $59 from the main pot with a flush, ace high with ace kicker.

Just goes to show that software is NOT the main concern when choosing an online site.

Software?? yessiree
What about the dealer lines in chat?? "Normal" gives too much info and "summary" not enough. With only 4 lines of info, supersonic showdowns, and playing 3 or so tables it's sometimes impossible to scroll back and see who won with what. (Hand histories put me to sleep)
Then there's the bust-outs. I'm all-in, lose the showdown (see "supersonic" above), get zero nanoseconds to re-buy, am forced to sit out with the message front and lower center "You have chosen to sit out. Please click "I'm back" when you are ready to play" GRRRRRRRRRRRR
