Party software glitch?

NL SNG, I raise in EP, get a few callers, the BB raises all in, I have 190 more chips than him. I cannot reraise, only call. Everyone else at the table in the hand, aparantly has the same problem

I mailed them about this over a year ago, it is to do with all ins and occurs in the ring too.

It doesn't always seem to happen, just often, and they are not interested in fixing it, although I shall try again soon as Lucy Jones seems interested to know why I slate Party so much.

When I was doing the bonanza bonus back in August Lucy and I exchanged a couple emails about "concerns" I have regarding party poker...I was impressed with her responses...I wish I would have saved the email, because she gave some solid answers to my questions. (Of course she might have been blowing smoke up my arse too, but I think she was genuine).
