Just thought you'd be interested/curious/amused to know that I saw a copy of Gambling Theory and Other Topics for sale this weekend at a bookstore in Kuala Lampur, Malaysia. It was in the mathematics section. I didn't come across any other 2+2 books.

That is interesting. Thanks. Was it a Borders store? Occasionally we'll get a book return from them and the price will be marked in either English pounds or French Franks.

I don't remember what the store was but it was not Borders. A big store in a mall though. The price was in Malaysian ringets only. It was also displayed sideways (so the cover was facing out rather than the spine). Don't know if that means they thought it was a high profile item or not.
