What are the must omaha high books except the superb wotk of Bob Ciaffone?

Another little question about a translation problem. What Feeney author means (or every any american poker player) when speaking about "out of a blind?" that is out of a blind is the blind position or any other position? at page 24 of Feeney book "Inside the poker mind" (edition 2000)he write about a possible raise play when dealt A-J offsuit.

Thanks in advance,

Marco

Marco, I was referring to raising while in the big blind. That's what others mean too when they say something like, "He raised out of the blind." Oddly, in this expression, "out" means "in." But really I guess it's kind of like saying the action is emitted from the blind, or something. So in some vague sense it's as if it comes "out" of the blind.
